In 2009 he was accepted to the Netherlands Film Academy in Amsterdam, from which he graduated in 2013 as a producer with two fiction films: Patrons by Colin Huijser and Sacred Defense by Nima Mohagheghm. He produced ‘Young Wrestlers’ the directorial debut of Mete Gümürhan, which-world premiered at the 66th Berlinale and won a Special Mention of the International Generation Kplus Jury. Through the years he has attended Robert McKee’s workshop in London, and Producer Paul Miller’s workshops and was selected for the IDFAcademy, CineMart’s Rotterdam Lab, Berlinale Talents & Talent Project Market.

Founded in 2007, Kaliber Film is a creative and internationally oriented independent production company based in Amsterdam and Istanbul. Kaliber Film develops and produces author driven original narrative productions, making no distinction between fiction and documentary form or style. Kaliber Film (co-) produced several award-winning films such as; 'I’m Never Afraid!' by Willem Baptist, 'The Cage' by Adrian Sitaru, 'Men on the Bridge' and 'Lifelong' by Asli Özge.
