The Potential of Noise

New speakers have been added to BMIM's 2019 programme lineup, which now features Emmy-nominated composer Sunna Wehrmeijer, known for her work with James Newton Howard, as well as leading Dutch composer Martijn Schimmer who will be appearing alongside his colleagues Daniel Polman and director Giancarlo Sanchez to talk about the popular TV series Mocro Maffia on the panel 'The Art of Teamwork'. We are proud to announce music supervisor Milena Fessmann, who has worked on more than 200 movies and produced 'Conny Plank - The Potential of Noise'. In the 70s and 80s, artists such as Kraftwerk, David Bowie, Brian Eno, Gianna Nannini, Ultravox and the Eurythmics queued to record in Conny Plank's legendary studio in a farmhouse near Cologne. Make sure you check out the movie! This batch of mainly Dutch speakers will join previously-announced BMIM Keynote Steve Schnur, Worldwide President of Music for EA Games. EA is currently the leading video game publisher in the world. More names to follow soon.
